I am passionate about transforming healthcare through collaboration, partnership and innovation.
I am a Partner at Vintura with the core mission of leading our expansion in the German market and making sure our multi-national clients have an insightful and resourceful team in Germany to support their ambitious projects. My core expertise lies in the development and execution of strategies that help our clients with the implementation of transformative projects towards higher quality, more effective, efficient and patient-centric care. I bring vast experience in building the right partnerships in quickly evolving health eco-systems. Throughout my career I have helped public and private organisations with enabling and accelerating innovation pathways – including digital health.
Prior to joining Vintura, I have worked at international management consulting firms. On the outset of my career I worked in the non-profit sector as Executive Director of the European Youth Parliament, an educational project of the Schwarzkopf-Stiftung in Berlin, where I oversaw the organisation’s work connecting over 30,000 young people a year across 34 countries. Most recently, I led EIT Health – a pan-European health innovation network with more than 150 partner organisations in Europe.
I am a curious mind, always excited about contributing to the positive transformation of healthcare in Germany and Europe. I bring creativity and analytical rigour to solve complex problems. I strive to help our team and clients to be at their best and build on trusted relationships. I bring a wide and international network spanning public organizations, industry, healthcare providers, start-ups and investors.
I am married and we have two kids who make sure that I get new perspectives on life every single day. We live in the great city of Berlin, but call Europe our home. You may find us a lot outdoors. When I have some quiet time, I also get back to the piano.
