As a Telecommunications Engineer, my journey began in the aerospace industry, but it was in 1998 that I transitioned into the world of Strategy Consulting with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). There, I immersed myself in diverse Strategy and Organization projects across various industries, laying the foundation for my career.
Over the years, I ventured into founding a consulting practice and assuming a position on the executive committee of a listed company. Subsequently, I spent three enriching years at Microsoft France, focusing on transformation initiatives.
Throughout my two decades in the field, I’ve led numerous strategy consulting projects spanning diverse sectors such as Pharma/cosmetics, automotive, IT, and process industries. Since joining in 2007, my focus has primarily been on the Pharmaceuticals and automotive industries.
Today, I remain deeply engaged in strategy formulation, organizational development, and Change Management. I specialize in steering large-scale transformation programs, serving as a pivotal force in Project Management Office (PMO) activities. Additionally, my expertise extends to conducting Due Diligences for Private Equity funds, particularly within the healthcare sector.
