My knowledge and experience

I’m fascinated by the building blocks of life. From our DNA into complex cells, from individual personal connections into communities of people. I explored this passion for science with a background in Biochemistry and an MRes in Synthetic Biology, where I learnt about cutting-edge technologies and the impact this could have on healthcare. However, it’s arguable that the healthcare system needs to shift for these benefits to materialise.

During my years as a consultant, I have aimed to address this and bring new innovation to patients faster. This includes work across both commercial and access strategy as well as policy-shaping (such as improving time to patient access for innovative treatments and encouraging acceptance of novel pricing and payment models).

My contribution to the team and our clients

I like to look at every angle of a problem, to understand the real root cause and create a meaningful solution. For me, it’s important to combine a quantitative, factual approach with a qualitative ‘soft’ approach; ensuring every team member and every stakeholder’s input is considered. I bring an enthusiastic can-do attitude, as well as creative approaches for finding a solution.

I love the collaborative approach that the Vintura team takes, both internally and with clients. Here, everyone is rowing the boat in the same direction and working hard to really maximise impact.

About me

My friends describe me as a classic social butterfly because of my positive attitude and high-energy enthusiasm when I start talking about any topic I am passionate about! This means I love being around people and collaborating together. Outside of work, my home is always open and I love to cook for friends and family!
