My knowledge and experience
I focus on strategic challenges in healthcare, with a strong emphasis on regional care transformation, strategic collaboration, consolidation and reallocation of care, and the sustainable accessibility of healthcare. With more than twenty years of experience in the sector, including ten years responsible for healthcare purchasing at Zilveren Kruis, I have worked at the intersection of governance, policy, financing and execution. Throughout my career, I have experienced first hand how complex and at the same time how impactful these challenges are, precisely because they affect patients, organizations and society as a whole.
My contribution to the team and our clients
Clients and colleagues value my ability to quickly distil complex challenges to their core, without losing sight of the governance and societal context. I listen carefully, connect different perspectives and help organizations define direction as well as take concrete steps forward. In my work, I aim for solutions that are both strategically sound and practically feasible. Especially in today’s healthcare transition, this requires choices that are socially desirable, broadly supported and realistic in execution. My strength lies in creating clarity, building alignment and translating strategy into approaches that people can act on.
Within Vintura, I support organizations working on the sustainable accessibility of healthcare. What attracts me is the combination of deep expertise and hands on collaboration. I believe in advisory that goes beyond analysis, working together with clients to create solutions that deliver real and lasting impact.
