I have a background in clinical psychology and behavioral economics, which gives me a deep understanding of human behavior as well as analytical skills. After my studies, I was drawn to the variety of the consulting profession and started my career at the Boston Consulting Group. There, I developed strong strategic thinking skills and worked in a variety of industries. Projects ranged from strategic workforce planning for a semiconductor company to developing a digital strategy for an asset management company.
At Vintura, I am excited to finally channel my passion for life sciences and continue to develop my expertise at the intersection of psychology, economics and strategy.
My study and career decisions have been driven by my fascination with human behavior. I believe that the key to any successful (business) initiative is the humans behind it. Therefore, I like to actively listen to people, understand their problems and help them find a solution that works for them. I pay close attention to emotional needs and tend to be highly aware of team dynamics. This people focus is essential for me in my project work as well as in everyday life.
On weekends, you will find me exploring new coffee places with my partner in Amsterdam or visiting my family in Germany. I also enjoy doing sports, especially Yoga, and I have a big passion for music. I used to dance and sing for most of my childhood and try to revive this passion every once in a while. Finally, my favorite topics to read about are psychology and nutrition. I spend a lot of my free-time trying to identify habits for myself that contribute to good physical and mental health.
