Driving sustainable access to Life Sciences innovation by connecting companies, healthcare providers and patients.

My knowledge and experience

I have close to fifteen years of experience in Life Sciences and healthcare consultancy, working with pharmaceutical, biotech and healthcare organizations across the full value chain. My background spans commercial strategy, market access, R&D, manufacturing and supply chain, with a strong focus on how these domains ultimately contribute to better patient outcomes.

What drives me is the question of how innovation can continue to reach patients in a healthcare system that is under increasing pressure. Over the years, I have worked extensively in R&D and production environments, supporting organizations in navigating complex regulatory, operational and strategic challenges. I strongly believe these domains deserve more attention, as they form the backbone of sustainable access to medical innovation.

Earlier in my career, I worked at Vintura, where I developed a strong appreciation for its system‑wide perspective on healthcare. I subsequently spent several years at Avertim, where I was involved in building the Dutch consultancy practice with a focus on R&D and manufacturing in the Life Sciences industry. This period allowed me to deepen my expertise in these domains and further strengthen my advisory experience.

I have now returned to Vintura because its mission, to make innovation accessible within a healthcare system that is financially and operationally sustainable, closely aligns with my own motivation and professional focus.

MY CONTRIBUTION TO THE TEAM AND OUR CLIENTS

In projects, I bring a structured and analytical approach combined with a strong belief in collaboration. I focus on creating shared understanding between stakeholders, particularly between Life Sciences companies and healthcare providers and translating strategy into practical, actionable steps. I enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams and contributing to solutions that are both ambitious and realistic.

About myself

I am a curious and reflective person, motivated by impact and continuous learning. I value open dialogue and different perspectives, both professionally and personally. Outside of work, I enjoy activities that help me reset and stay balanced, as I believe this is essential for long‑term performance and creativity.
