An analytical thinker with a critical eye and an open attitude
Isabelle joined Vintura at the end of 2024. She holds a master’s degree in Life Science and Technology (LST) from Leiden University, with a minor in Business Studies. During her master’s program, she spent six months in Stockholm, enhancing her problem-solving and collaboration skills through courses in the Toxicology Masters at Karolinska Institutet.
Isabelle did an internship at the Leiden Institute of Chemistry, researching the effects of photoactivated chemotherapy on glioblastoma cancer cells. She completed a second internship at Sanofi, where she deepened her understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and real-world evidence. Additionally, she gained valuable experience at De Kleine Consultant, a student strategy consultancy, where she worked as a consultant and later as a director. She developed her strategic consulting and project management skills. Working on a project for an organization with a diverse team required both quantitative and qualitative research skills and gave her the opportunity to improve her soft skills.
Isabelle is an analytical thinker with a critical eye and an open attitude. She constantly seeks different perspectives to improve her insights and solutions. With her fresh outlook and dedication, she strives for impactful improvements in life sciences and healthcare. She is a true team player, believing that working in a diverse team yields the best results.
Isabelle is an energetic person who enjoys being around others. She loves taking on challenges in sports and recently completed the New York Marathon, an unforgettable experience she never thought possible. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends, walking through beautiful Amsterdam, and exploring nature.
