After completing my Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences and the Research Master in Forensic Science, I started working at St. Antonius Hospital as a data analyst for the Value Based Health Care (VBHC) programme. In this role, I developed a wide range of research skills, including collecting data from various hospital sources, processing and analysing these data, and reporting results to medical specialists.
I soon moved to Santeon to deepen my expertise in working according to VBHC principles. Over the course of four years, I gained substantial experience in using data as a foundation for improving healthcare outcomes. In 2021, I chose to continue my career here to broaden my perspective beyond the hospital setting and to apply my VBHC experience across different parts of the healthcare system.
I am precise, proactive and analytical, with strong planning and prioritisation skills. I am energised by translating complex data into clear, actionable insights, by connecting different stakeholders across the healthcare landscape, and by collaborating with colleagues to achieve meaningful, high‑quality results.
