Training: use of systematic methodology leads to better patient outcomes

Patient outcomes as a new strategic focus

Our customer, a large international pharmaceutical company, has the ambition to deliver (next to their products) patient services and solutions to improve patient outcomes. To be able to do this effectively, they asked Vintura to train 30 operating companies (500+ employees at strategic / tactical level) so they were able to apply the methodology for outcomes planning in their current practice.

 

Learning by doing

The training was designed in such a way that the used methodology was explained step by step, followed by real-life examples so the participants could practice all steps. In this way they gained a maximum learning experience. Because we delivered the training to different functions and in all countries in Europe, Middle East and South Africa, we continuously needed to adapt our style and training approach in order to stay connected to our changing audience.

 

Development of services and solutions is currently part of the strategic plan

The methodology has been implemented by all operating companies and it is part of the strategic plan. In multiple countries solutions have been developed and implemented to improve patient outcomes. In this way value-based healthcare has become concrete and applicable for our customer. In this way we enabled them to create even more impact in the lives of thousands of patients.
