My experiences lie in both industry and strategy consulting. I started my career as an associate scientist in preclinical research and process development at GlaxoSmithKline Vaccines North America. I also spent several years working across the value chain at Novo Nordisk A/S in Denmark and affiliates in China and India. Prior to joining Vintura, I was a senior business strategy consultant at Accenture Strategy UK & Ireland based out of London where I was a core member of the pharma & life sciences strategy practice.
I have a bachelor’s degree in molecular genetics & microbiology from the University of Toronto and a masters degree in microbiology & immunology from McGill University. I also have an MBA from INSEAD.
My experiences lie in commercial strategy & execution, organizational development, digitization & integration, business & operating models, salesforce effectiveness, R&D, manufacturing, value chain analysis, and international engagement. Having had widespread exposure across various markets, I truly appreciate the need to offer pragmatic and highly value focused solutions to clients.
Having worked both in industry and consulting across various geographies and functions, I am cognizant of the complexities of the industry and therefore value multiple perspectives to a business problem.
I find it very satisfying to work with stakeholders to reach business and operational clarity, to always keep the bigger picture in mind, and to co-create and stretch the boundaries to think innovatively. It is always important to deliver solutions that are actionable and “fit-for-purpose”. Open and honest relationship building also allows me to put myself in my clients’ shoes and focus on their overall professional success.
I am from Toronto, Canada (Let’s Go Raptors!) and have a deep appreciation and curiosity for different cultures, having grown up and lived in 8 countries across North America, Europe, and Asia. I love trying out new cuisines, travelling, and reading.
I am also extremely passionate about fitness and sports. During my free time, I love swimming and playing soccer, basketball, volleyball and T20 cricket with my friends. I love meeting new people and learning from everyone who crosses my path.
During my childhood years, I spent a lot of time working with AIDS patients in the slums of southeast Asia and this experience has imbued in me a deep sense of empathy in my attitude towards life.
