I have an extensive background in public health; from epidemiology to health management. This was the foundation for my previous work with the World Health Organisation (WHO), on national strategic health plans.
After the WHO, I opted for strategic consultancy, joining the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) to work on strategic issues for multinationals in a wide range of industries. At Vintura, I use this experience to help clients with projects ranging from strategy to implementation in the healthcare sector and pharma.
I enjoy challenging projects in both the healthcare sector and the pharmaceutical industry. For example, how to connect various healthcare stakeholders to deliver Value-Based Healthcare? How to overcome challenges such as silo thinking, fragmented financing and lack of patient centricity? A large part of my job satisfaction comes from delivering results. Creating a smart strategy comes first, but a strategy can only be successful if it is supported by the people working with it. For me, this is the most interesting challenge.
I find it important to always go that extra mile for the client. Colleagues and clients alike appreciate my positive approach and my problem-solving skills. And I believe that the best results are obtained through friendly and honest working partnerships.
I am very curious and am always looking for new experiences. I love travelling, photography, reading and the great outdoors. I also like eating out with friends and going to the theatre, but most of all I love to hit the dancefloor.
