I am an experienced operations director combining operational leadership with 10+ years consulting experience at amongst others Accenture and PwC. My skills are in: translating strategy to operational steering, decisiveness and process (re-) design.
What I bring to Vintura is an entrepreneurial, analytical, trustworthy, open/direct mindset. I always strive to enhance performance in a pragmatic way with focus on the person and team with change as a constant factor. With my technical background, innovative mindset, empathic sense, financial knowledge, curiosity, humor and autonomous mindset, I can quickly pinpoint challenges and issues, I am prepared to take ownership and responsibly of these subjects.
Living in Vleuten with my wife and 2 beautiful daughters, I enjoy driving motorbikes, walking with our two dogs, skiing, diving, playing tennis, mountain biking, cooking & enjoying good food & wine!
