With a background in health policy and economics, I bring a solid understanding of the challenges modern healthcare systems face. My PhD examined how market mechanisms, particularly risk equalization, affect healthcare performance using advanced quantitative methods. I have extensive experience in strategy, policy research, and innovation management, working closely with partners across the sector over the years. At Vintura, I strive to support clients through complex transformations while keeping broader public goals firmly in view.

About myself

I am someone who thrives on curiosity and connection. I enjoy understanding how things work and I am at my best when I can translate that into something meaningful for others. Outside of work, I enjoy discovering new places and cultures, and I’m always open to trying new hobbies. Other than that, I appreciate the simple things: spending time with family or friends, staying healthy and active, and being outdoors whenever the weather cooperates.
